Delivery and Shipping Information

UK Mainland Deliveries

Delivery prices vary based upon our many products, weights, sizes and warehouse locations throughout the world.
Our standard UK warehouse to UK delivery starts from £18 + VAT per delivery plus £5 + VAT per item (excludes glass items including glass showcases, glass counters and glass shelving)

Our International warehouse to UK delivery starts from £28 + VAT per delivery plus £5 + VAT per item (excludes glass items including glass showcases, glass counters and glass shelving). All deliveries will be quoted by our sales team prior to payment being taken.

Next day Deliveries

Next Day – start from £18 + VAT per delivery plus £5 + VAT per item.
Available only on stock items when the order is placed before 12noon. When reviewing a product, if the item is available for next day delivery, we will show a Fast Track Delivery icon in its description. Items will be delivered by a third party courier between 9 am and 5.30pm on the next working day.

Timed Next Day – For pre-midday, 10.30 and by 9.30 deliveries, on available stocked lines ordered before 12pm, please call our sales team on 01933 411159 for specific pricing for your order. (Please be aware that timed deliveries need to be available to be accepted from 7.30 onwards)

Same Day – If your order is extremely urgent we can offer a same day service on available stock items. We use a dedicated same day courier who can deliver your goods anywhere in the UK. Prices available through our sales team.

Non-UK Mainland Deliveries

Republic of Ireland - If you are based in the Republic of Ireland, prices quoted at time of quotation or prior to order. Northern Ireland - £25 + VAT Delivery is within 3-5 working days.

Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly and Anglesey - please call our sales team on 01933 411159 for specific pricing for your order.

We operate warehouses from a number of locations in the UK & Europe. Where your order is stocked and despatched from will depend on a number of factors including amongst other things our stock levels, your location and type of delivery service. Please call us on 01933 411159 to see if a collection is possible.

Important Note Regarding Damage/Shortages:

On delivery, please ensure all items are checked for damages or shortages. Damage or shortages must be reported to us within 48 hours upon receipt of delivery. Failure to alert us of any discrepancies may invalidate a later claim. POD have a clear complaints procedure which covers this eventuality.
